Casey made the home buying process an even better experience than expected. From the beginning steps of finding the "right" location, price range, and amenities to the final closure of the sale, step by step, he conscientiously and openly listened to my thoughts and incorporated his expertise into selecting the ideal home for me. Each step of the way, I felt very comfortable with his service especially being a first time home buyer. He was able to make recommendations to help with certain upgrades of the house even after the final closure. Finding a condo with Casey Bui was such a better experience than I had ever expected. Being a pretty strong-minded person, I went into the home finding venture with an extreme ideal of what I wanted. However, that ideal was hard to find. Casey went beyond patient as we stuck to my limited geographic area and narrow price range. He made efforts to understand just what I wanted but was able to supply his much-needed expertise at just the right time. Furthermore Casey's ethics made me feel very safe; I never felt as though I were entering a situation that might be profitable for Casey, but disastrous for me.
